Opening up OSD opportunities
Monolithic Dincel walling, cast in place — a watertight detention tank formed to your design on any site, with minimal crane and no fixed shape, so your OSD tank doesn’t become a hole in your programme. And where it suits, the same wall becomes your basement or retaining wall.
What makes Dincel different?
Watertight by design — not by a membrane
The PVC skin that forms the wall acts as the waterproof membrane. A continuous in-situ pour means no vertical panel joints to leak the way a jointed precast-modular tank can, and the wall-to-base junction is detailed and waterproofed. The tank holds water by design, not by a membrane that can fail.
Formed to your site – minimal craneage, reduced specialist labour
Cast in place, the tank is formed to the specific site so the detention volume your engineer designed actually fits, where a fixed precast module or crate field can’t. Minimal excavation and backfill clearances allow it to sit closer to boundaries on a tight site. Minimal craneage and reduced specialist trades to erect it, and wet weather doesn’t hold you up.
Built to last the life of the asset
Concrete behind a tough, impervious polymer skin — engineered for a 120+ year design life with no concrete cancer. The tank stays accessible and inspectable, not a buried plastic field you can’t get to.
Watch how Dincel is installed
Dincel is a permanent polymer formwork. Panels snap together on site. Reinforcement is placed within, and concrete is poured in place. The form remains in place, providing a tough, sealed finish. One wall delivers the structure, the fire rating and the finish, with no stripping and no separate trades.
